This includes, professional photographs, digital/social media marketing, internet advertising, data base targeting and more. Advertising is about promoting your property not our own profile.

Comprehensive Appraisal Document. This plan includes a comprehensive local market study and researched assessment of your properties likely market selling price. This well researched appraisal of your likely selling price is simply an opinion, based on local sales, current competition, current buyers on our data base and your properties unique features. Where we pitch pricing and strategy is important to achieving the best possible outcome for you, however ultimately this is your decision. Any price target set is our job to achieve for you.

Full cycle service. An essential negotiation and service point. Your selling agent will be present at all buyers, building/pest, and final property inspections. Assistants are not used at these important milestones of your property sale. Our service starts from day one and never finishes.
